Renovation and profit forecast

The market price of interior renovation varies completely depending on the industry such as “restaurant”, “apparel”, and “beauty salon”.

There are no businesses that can expect sufficient earnings from the first year, but the recovery of investment amounts as soon as possible is the key to business continuity.
In that respect, franchise chains are businesses that can start with relatively peace of mind because they calculate the breakeven points
from the experience of existing stores and determine the rough investment amount. Alternatively, buying a store that is actually operating is easy to see
because the profit and loss calculations have been made up until then.
